Antique Childs Horse Saddle Lamp

I was recently looking for room decorations for my nephew who loves all things to do with horses, rodeo's and farming. I found this adorable antique childs horse saddle lamp and giggled in delight because I found it so stinking cute. It will make a great decoration in any western themed room, little boys room or just for the great room living space.

The seller of this saddle lamp found the saddle in an old barn in Southwestern Virgina, with lots of dry rot to the side leather and stirrups, those were removed. The outside edge of the saddle is decorated with metal studs. With reconditioned leather and a polishing it was fashioned it into this great looking lamp. The "horse blanket" under the saddle is attached to the saddle and comes with the saddle lamp. Its really beautiful and if your a horse rider / lover or if you like things from the old west, or even decorating a western themed room. This is a must have! The saddle was probably made in the 1930's or 40's. This is a one of a kind piece, impossible to duplicate!! So cowboy up before it gets gone!
